David Bishop, President
David Bishop established the company in 1992 first focusing on trading and supplying bonded items to the merchant and cruise ship industry. Following many years of requests from DKB’s client base, he began to supply construction materials which eventually lead to the set up of a turnkey construction department. We have completed projects in such countries as Algeria, Angola and the UAE. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as it charts a course of structured growth. David introduces the policies and procedures that ensure DKB’s operational excellence. He remains highly visible on projects and places great priority on client relations. He can generally be found as the first person on site for a new project or business venture. His philosophy is to experience the job and country first hand so that he is well aware of the local obstacles that the project or new business will face.
Naji Araji, VP of International Business Development
Naji has extensive expertise in overseas multi-use projects as a Project Manager directing all aspects of projects, engineering design of all steel structures and claddings, procurement, and managing of sub-contractors on a turn-key basis. He has managed projects in North Africa and the Middle East.

Alain Roy, Civil Engineer
Alain Roy is the Vice President of Engineering. Alain has accumulated over 34 year’s expertise in the preparation, procurement, construction management, start-up and commissioning for various power plants both in Canada and Indonesia. He has also carried out numerous feasibility studies for oil-fuelled power plants in The Philippines. DKB are leaders in the engineering, procurement and construction of energy production facilities using various fuels e.g. hydro, natural gas, oil, biogas and biomass fuels.
The typical range of power plant ranges from 1 to 100MW, specializing in a single cycle, combined cycle, cogeneration and trigeneration power plants.

Carol Anderson, Operations Manager
Carol Anderson has over 20 years of experience working in management in international environments. She ensures that project teams are provided with the necessary resources to meet their projects’ scheduling, cost, and quality requirements. Focused on monitoring and analyzing cost and execution schedules, and improving operational efficiencies within the organization.
Carol is also responsible for liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation and delivery of goods to the consumer.
